Safflower oil has the highest source of polyunsaturated fats than that found in any other type of vegetable oil, i.e. almost 79% polyunsaturated fatty acids (linoleic acid).

We offer the best safflower oil we could find – top grade, gently processed, exceptionally high in linoleic fatty acids that make it an excellent moisturizer. Safflower oil has the highest source of polyunsaturated fats than that found in any other type of vegetable oil. It also contains 13% of monounsaturated fatty acids (oleic acid) and only 8% of saturated fatty acids.

The other essential nutrients present in safflower oil are omega–6 fatty acids and vitamin E. 

The high amount of Vitamin E which reduces respiratory problems, helps blood circulation, and strengthens the immune system. The high concentration of Vitamin E also helps the body eliminate free radicals in the body

People who have dry skin should use safflower oil which helps in moisturizing the skin, especially during winter, thus making it smooth and healthy.
