Coconut Lime Sorrel Cooler

Ingredients:
- 2 cups dried sorrel
- 1 tbsp ginger, sliced
- 1 cinnamon stick
- 1 lime, sliced (plus juice)
- 4 cups hot water
- 1 cup full-fat coconut milk
- ¼ cup agave or simple syrup
- Ice, mint, and lime for garnish
Instructions:
Steep the sorrel, ginger, lime, and cinnamon in hot water for 30–60 min. Strain and chill. Mix with coconut milk, lime juice, and sweetener. Pour over ice and garnish with mint and lime.
